1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Islamic Design ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Islamic Design provides a collection of icons designed for web, app, and design projects. We offer:

• Free Downloads: Limited individual icon downloads in PNG format
• Premium Pack: Full access to all icons in both SVG and PNG formats (one-time purchase)

3. License Grant

3.1 Free License

Free PNG downloads are provided under the following terms:

• Personal and commercial use allowed
• Attribution appreciated but not required
• Cannot redistribute, resell, or sublicense the icons
• Cannot use in logo creation or trademark applications

3.2 Premium License

Upon purchasing the premium pack (€15), you receive a lifetime license granting you:

• Unlimited Use: Personal and commercial projects without restrictions
• No Attribution Required: Use icons without crediting Islamic Design
• Modification Rights: Edit, customize, and modify icons as needed
• Multiple Projects: Use across unlimited projects and clients
• Team Use: Share within your organization (single company/entity)
• Lifetime Access: All future updates and new icons included

3.3 License Restrictions

Both free and premium users are prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing icons (individually or as a pack)
• Creating competing icon libraries or products
• Offering icons as part of "stock" or "template" marketplaces
• Using icons in trademark or logo registration (unless heavily modified)
• Claiming ownership of the original icon designs

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Payment

Premium pack purchases are processed securely through Mollie. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Mollie. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of:

• Technical issues preventing download access
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Requests made within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer rights)

Refund requests must be sent to support@islamicdesign.io within 14 days of purchase.

5. Account Access

Premium access is tied to the email address used during purchase. You can access your downloads by logging in with this email. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login email
• Notifying us of unauthorized access to your account
• Ensuring your email address remains valid and accessible

6. Intellectual Property

All icons, designs, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of Islamic Design and are protected by copyright laws. The license granted to you does not transfer ownership of the icons.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Icons will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islamic Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or icons. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the premium pack (€15).

9. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service or specific icons at any time. Premium users retain access to all icons available at the time of purchase, plus any future additions we choose to include.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service for violations of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, your license to use the icons is revoked. Purchased licenses remain valid unless terminated for material breach.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

12. EU Consumer Rights

For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by downloading any icons, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal for downloaded content.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
